Shoptalk continues to get better and better, year after year. With its fourth year in the books, there’s no denying that Shoptalk has become the “it” retail conference. While I spent a majority of my time in sessions, I couldn’t help but take full advantage of the Zen Lounge and Caricature Station. Yes, I got a free massage at the convention. On top of these perks, Shoptalk provided attendees with complimentary Tarot Card Readings, Shoe Shining, a Barber & Blowout station (featuring Glamsquad) and even professional headshots.
